Paul R. Coate has been involved in educational programming for Stages Theatre Company, Children’s Theatre Company, Youth Performance Company, Nebraska Shakespeare, Caponi Art Park, Hennepin Theatre Trust, and the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra. In addition to providing educational programming for the fine institutions above, he has also served as the Education Director at Artistry (formerly the Bloomington Theatre And Art Center) and as the Executive Director of West Bank School Of Music. Paul previously served as a faculty member at Normandale Community College, St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists (SPCPA), and as Theatre Director at Breck School. Paul has returned to SPCPA to Chair the Vocal Arts Department and teach and direct Musical Theatre.
